Hernandez was among 22 participants from throughout the U.S. affiliated insular areas that represented the 2017 graduating class of the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP). ELDP graduation ceremonies were held on June 9, 2017 at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Guam OPA Auditors to Attend Lakewood Experience

Auditors Andriana Quitugua and Christian Rivera will be participating in the Lakewood Experience from June 3 to June 15, 2017 along with six other auditors from the Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of Marshall Islands, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The Lakewood Experience is sponsored by the U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Inspector General and will be held at Lakewood, Colorado.
